Perspective

5th December 2013 Life is amusing and at the same time a tragedy. Lately i've been thinking of the countless different outcomes that might happened if i actually did not wasted my life or choose to do things in a certain way. One day, i might just walk away, from this world, from everyone. Parting , is such sweet sorrow. The tempting yet most prominent question that all humans like to ask themselves is in fact , what if. Even if we knew we couldn't change anything, dreaming is perharps the only give god has given us besides choices. To walk away may make a stronger man, but it's not something everyone would even considering doing. to ponder about it is already as painful as actually doing it. Sometimes , you don't really have to see it to believe me.The irony is that boredom is also a form of freedom that adults don't get to enjoy especially in Singapore. The ideology of being the world's top market and most progressive place has warped and turn the once peaceful quiet fishing port into a fast pace nonstop society. Ideally Humans has progress as well, it's normal to seperate if things don't work out between couples. Maybe because everyone has a choice and if they feel they made the wrong choice , they get the freedom of changing their mistakes instead of living with it for the rest of their life, for example , you can find another partner. It might not be the right partner, he just have to be the closest thing to ideal to you. It might be the fact that we all have to die one day and the fear of it causes us to contemplate a simple love story. Fears of regret, betrayal etc and etc is what cause the world to literally destroy themselves, with power and money, all this is possible. Even without it, we are already beating and destroying ourselves everyday, we might not know it. But at some point we feel we are not good enough or acceptable, according to the norms. Nobody literally wants to be unique anymore, though they might say it, their actions prove otherwise. They look like any another person on the street and even behave like them. You do anything out of the Norm, ( which is indicated by the majority of this judgemental society ) your weird. everyone wants to be accepted, nobody wants to be left out. The question is, is this life , really what we yearn for or desperately trying to achieve? Or isit just another escape from reality, just by being ...... Accepted?
